Matt Domenick might have grown up in the ‘burbs of Atlanta, namely Roswell, but it’s intown living that seems to suit him best. For the past 17 years, he’s lived in Reynoldstown, familiarizing himself with the hip, east-of-Downtown-Atlanta community and showing the tricks to making a sale there – like hand-making for a client an end-grain butcher-block countertop just in time to list the home on the market.

 While he can’t promise every client a butcher-block countertop, he’s likely happy to scale things down a bit and craft a wood cutting board since that’s one of his hobbies. Matt also enjoys playing soccer (he was a four-time state champion in his younger days), managing properties, and running on the Atlanta BeltLine every other day with “the world’s best dog,” his very own Daisy.
